Who I Am
I come to mortgage math with years of training in formal logic, only to find that the most important part of my role is communication. As one Windermere real estate agent put it, "Customer service is the job." While accuracy, program knowledge and speed are essential, clarifying my process to the customer makes all the difference. I have degrees in communication and linguistics, and extensive experience as a teacher. These are the skills I use unfailingly, every time I greet a client, every time I pick up the phone.
How I Work
I have a background in mortgage banking and brokering, so I am familiar with a wide range of programs and solutions. My job is to bring my extensive mortgage resources to bear on your particular situation. This requires persistence and patience. I listen carefully to you; I plan ahead based on what you tell me. I present you with options and provide you with alternatives to make the best choice-your own.
